You lost me there, OceanWP has a setup wizard. Not on my Dashboard. I give up. Ocean WP is over-complicated and wont install. I try with another tutorial that uses something easy.

it is just one of the ways to do it. In most cases, people use just html +css +JS and php as backend + db
